We send text message reminders few days before your appointment. Just give your mobile number to the receptionist. Reminders will help to avoid confusion.
Once you booked the appointment you will receive message with a confirmation of your appointment date and time.
If for any reason you cannot make to your scheduled appointment and not inform us later than 72 hours in advance otherwise you will loose your place reservation fee.
We do take place reservation fees for all appointments over £20.
For appointments valued bellow £50 reservation fee is £20
For appointments valued above £50 reservation fee is £50
You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay place reservation fee as well with all of the term and conditions.
From time to time we get so caught up in our work that we can run a little late, in this event we will call you to let you know.
We charge full price for children’s cut on Saturdays.
To protect you from the unlikely event of an allergic reaction to PPD’s found in all permanent hair colours, a colour sensitivity test must be applied 48 hours prior to a first time with us for your colour application, or if you have not had colour with us for more than six months.
