Algapur Hair Repair Treatment is designed to revitalise, strengthen and restore chemically treated or damaged hair. Its advanced formula features Algapur Chestnut Extract, known for its rejuvenating properties, and a blend of conditioning agents that penetrate deep into the hair shaft. The rich, creamy mask wraps each strand, rebuilding structure and helping to repair damage from colouring, heat, or chemical processes. Hair feels noticeably softer, stronger and more resilient after each use, while a bright rhubarb and soft rose fragrance creates a refreshing, uplifting ritual. This mask delivers deep hydration, restores natural shine and boosts hair vitality, helping to protect against future breakage and environmental stress.
Application
Apply generously to clean, towel-dried hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. Leave for five to ten minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For very damaged hair, leave on up to fifteen minutes. Use once or twice weekly for best results.
Fragrance
A vibrant rhubarb note blends with delicate rose, creating a fresh and uplifting aroma. The scent is light, floral, and slightly fruity, leaving hair refreshed with each use.

Algapur Chestnut Extract (Triolein)
Extracted from chestnut and enriched with triolein, this ingredient helps strengthen hair from within, boosting resilience and restoring natural vitality. Chosen for its restorative power on damaged fibres.
Panthenol
Also known as Pro-Vitamin B5, panthenol hydrates and adds softness, leaving hair more manageable and less prone to breakage. It supports healthy-looking shine and texture.
Cetearyl Alcohol
A conditioning agent derived from plants, cetearyl alcohol smooths the hair cuticle, making hair feel silky and easier to detangle, while providing lightweight moisture.
Behentrimonium Chloride
A conditioning molecule that improves manageability and reduces frizz, ensuring hair remains sleek and tangle-free after treatment.
Hints and Tips
For intensive repair, wrap hair in a warm towel while the mask is working. Rinse with cool water to lock in shine. For extra smoothness, comb the mask through with a wide-tooth comb before rinsing. Avoid the scalp if your hair is fine or easily weighed down.

- How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a ‘dispatch confirmation’ email as soon as your parcel has been collected. - Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it is sent immediately to our warehouse and the packing process begins. We therefore do not accept cancellations or changes of orders once placed. - Can I change my delivery address?
At present we are unable to change the delivery address of your parcel once they are despatched. - Can I have my order delivered to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address at the checkout. If you are shopping with us for the first time, we reserve the right to ship your first order to your billing address (rather than an alternative shipping address). - Is it possible to ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. - Where do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the subject line of both your ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipping Confirmation’ emails. If you have created an account with us, you can view your full order history in your account area. - Do you offer price adjustments on sale items?
Our prices on our online store reflect the changes in trends, customer demand and our own stock availability of our products. Whilst we appreciate how frustrating it is, we are unable to refund the difference in price on any items you have purchased that then goes into sale or into further markdowns.
You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the same item at the sale price, given that the returned items is in accordance with our returns policy. Please be aware, however, we are unable to guarantee that another customer won’t purchase the item first.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hairculturesalon.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes you will be required to pay for your returns back to us. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, tracked means to return your order and retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. - When will I receive my refund?
Our store aims to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them. We will send you a ‘Refund Notification’ email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
